Town Halls Address SB50

The Larchmont Buzz speaks to the ever present threat to end single family zoning and suburban housing as we know it in Los Angeles. There was a Town Hall May 22, 2019 at Holman United Methodist Church. City Planners explained the impacts of the law allowing 4 units by right on any housing lot and increasing density where multi family housing is already allowed. Speakers warned that while the bill is currently not being considered it will likely come back and opponents need to be ready for the next round.
