A Word from Reynaldo Paduani
I am pleased to serve District 3. I moved into my home on Orchard Avenue in 1963. I served in the U.S. Navy for 26 years as a safety officer and in construction services. I then worked in terminal services for the Santa Fe Railroad for 25 years. I am a past Commander of American Legion Post 508. I have served as a member of the Rosecrans Recreation Center Advisory Board. I am a member of St Albert the Great Catholic Church in Rancho Dominguez, the Southeast LAPD Community Police Advisory Board, and the Southeast LAPD Volunteers. I worked with the LAPD to get the speed humps installed along 149th Street in front of Rosecrans Recreation Center and I have advocated for regular street sweeping with posted “no parking” signs in District 3. Please contact me with any concerns and I can point you to useful resources, if you haven't already found them on this website. Your best bet for getting the City to address problems like graffiti, homeless encampments, abandoned cars, overgrown property and more is to complete a MyLA311 service request online or by App. If you have made several requests via MyLA311 and haven't gotten any results, please let me know and we can escalate the concern. Together, we can make District 2 better!District 3 News
