At our January 11, 2022 Meeting the Harbor Gateway North Neighborhood Council voted to support the creation of a pocket park at 809-813 W. 165th Place across from the Environmental Charter Middle School. The project would turn two parcels into open space which could be used by the school during the school day and the community after hours.
