Harbor Gateway North NC Honored by City

Harbor Gateway North Neighborhood Council was honored by the Board of Neighborhood Commissioners September 2015 for excellence in empowering the community. We sponsored Community Emergency Response Team Training, did a survey of the community and its preparedness needs, and worked with block clubs in each district.
