The Adopt-a-Highway group from HGNNC District 6 west of the 110 Harbor Freeway participated in Caltrans Earth Day clean on April 22, gathering up litter and weeding along the edge of the freeway. The group meets monthly to keep the area near their homes free of litter and reports illegal dumping via 311.
