At our January 11, 2022 Meeting the Harbor Gateway North Neighborhood Council voted to support the creation of a pocket park at 809-813 W. 165th Place across from the Environmental Charter Middle School.
In 2021 the Harbor Gateway North Neighborhood Council was focused on our core mission of increasing community engagement and advising the city on matters of concern to our stakeholders. Now is a great time to find community in Harbor Gateway North. Join us!
Harbor Gateway North Neighborhood Council thanks past Chair David Matthews for his service to the community and is pleased to welcome our new Chair.
After more than a year of negotiations, Team Buscaino was able to get an abandoned lot cleaned in Harbor Gateway North that had been occupied by several individuals, stolen vehicles, garbage, and the place of two deaths in recent months.
We requested that our entire boundaries be included in the same City Council District.

The HGNNC has an upcoming vacancy for the Chairperson position leading the Harbor Gateway North Neighborhood Council. We plan to fill this vacancy at our December 14 Meeting.

The Planning and Land Use Committee and Harbor Gateway North Neighborhood Council is carefully reviewing the Draft Environmental Impact Report and hearing from stakeholders in order to craft a comment letter. Join us for DEIR Review September 23 and development of comment letter on September 25.
If you wish to submit comment on the Draft EIR, please reference the Environmental Case No. ENV-2017-1015-EIR and submit via email or in writing by Monday, October 4, 2021 no later than 4:00 p.m.
