The Harbor Gateway North Neighborhood Council will be one of the sponsors of the 2nd Council District 15 Winter Wonderland along Gardena Blvd. on Fri. December 10 from 4 to 8 pm. There will be a snow slide, decorated tree, Santa Claus, and booths offering refreshments and activities for area youth.
