The Harbor Gateway North Neighborhood Council Board will hold a Special Board meeting on Thurs. December 2 at 7 pm to consider funding for a craft activity at their outreach booth on Friday December 10 as part of Winter Wonderland along Gardena Blvd. The Board will also consider a different method of funding support for the overall event through GAP (Gang Alternatives Program), which would pay for snow fall during the event, which will be held from 4 to 8 p.m.
