The Harbor Gateway North Neighborhood Council will hold a Special Board meeting to vote on holding the two Candidate Forum sessions on Tues. April 27 and Thurs. April 29 as HGNNC events. This will allow for a somewhat more flexible format compared to the official meeting format.
