The Harbor Gateway North Neighborhood Council’s Planning and Land Use Committee will hold a Special meeting on Mon. December 11 at 7 p.m. at the Harbor Gateway Community Center, 802 W. Gardena Blvd., Gardena, CA 90247.
The Committee will be reviewing language for the Neighborhood Council’s comment letter on the proposed 54-foot tall, 466,402 square-foot warehouse/manufacturing/high-cube warehouse/distribution center with 246 automobile parking spaces along Redondo Beach Blvd. and 72 large truck parking bays on the north side of the property. Prologis is requesting 24-hour, seven day a week operation of the facility.
Because of the complexity of the environmental documents that need to be reviewed, the Committee will also consider a recommendation to ask that the comment period for the environmental report (Mitigated Negative Declaration) be extended to late January 2018.
