Planning and Land Use Committee Meeting

The Harbor Gateway North Neighborhood Council Planning and Land Use Committee will meet on Sat. May 5 at 10 a.m. at the Harbor Gateway Community Center, 802 W. Gardena Blvd.

The Committee will hear reports on the April 11 hearing before the Department of City Planning on the proposal to subdivide 320 E. 118th Street and build a two-story duplex on each of the new lots, other current development proposals which are pending, and what was learned at the Wed. May 2 Planning 101 workshop (see details below).

All who are interested in land use and development issues within the City of Los Angeles are welcome to attend.
