For a second year, on Wed. December 11 the LAPD will be sending their Santa Sleigh through Harbor Gateway North neighborhoods, leaving the Southeast LAPD Divison at 4 p.m. and traveling south along the attached routes, distributing candy at various stops, and ending up near Artesia Blvd. around 5:30 to 6 p.m
