The Harbor Gateway North Neighborhood Council’s Planning and Land Use Committee will be meeting on Sat. December 2 at 10 a.m. at the Harbor Gateway Community Center, 802 W. Gardena Blvd., Gardena, CA 90247.
The main topic of the meeting will be the proposed 54-foot tall, 466,402 square-foot warehouse/manufacturing/high-cube warehouse/distribution center with 246 automobile parking spaces along Redondo Beach Blvd. and 72 large truck parking bays on the north side of the property. Prologis is requesting 24-hour, seven day a week operation of the facility. The City of Los Angeles has just released the environmental report for this proposed project, with a conclusion that the project will have no significant impact on air quality or noise because of proposed mitigation measures.
